You may request a refund within seven days of purchase if a document is materially different from what was described in the listing. Examples include the wrong course, wrong professor, or a file that is missing most of the advertised content.
We do not issue refunds for purchases that match the listing description, including cases where the grade or outcome you hoped for was not achieved. Study materials are a reference, not a guarantee.
To request a refund, contact support@meetprecedent.com with your order details and a short explanation. We review every request and aim to respond within three business days.
If a refund is approved, the purchase amount is returned to the original payment method. Our platform fee may not be refundable in all cases, depending on the reason for the refund.
