To file a complaint, send an email to support@meetprecedent.com with the following information: a description of the copyrighted work, the URL or listing title on Precedent, your contact information, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized, and a statement that the information in your notice is accurate.
We review every notice and will remove or disable access to the material when appropriate. We may also notify the seller and provide them an opportunity to respond.
Sellers who believe their listing was removed by mistake may submit a counter-notice by emailing support@meetprecedent.com. We handle counter-notices in accordance with applicable law.
